Well we reluctantly left Broome after spending a month there & have started making our way down the West Coast. We both loved Broome & will be back at some stage. It was getting a tad hot & sticky but the upside was there were very few tourists.
Our first stop after Broome was Port Smith for a couple of nights. Its only 150km south of Broome. We were the only ones in the caravan park. It had a really nice lagoon for swimming but it was neap tides so not much water around. Great sunset.
500km down the road & for the last few days we have been staying at Pardoo Station. It is a working cattle station & is 500,000 acres (2000 sq km) in size. Only has 2,500 cattle on it due to the poor quality of the feed. 
Great spot & its on 80 mile beach & has a couple of creeks. Lots of wildlife & birds around.
Even the orphan calves get a feed in the morning.
The tide goes out a long way. Yet another great sunset. Overall a great spot to stay.
Off to Port Hedland & then to beautiful downtown Tom Price on the way to Karijini National Park.
